Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
- Event refers to GlobalChemShow 2025, scheduled for December 18–19, 2025, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Mumbai, India.
- Organizer means Needs Information Services Limited (NISL), India.
- Exhibitor refers to any entity booking space or participating in the exhibition.
- Visitor refers to any individual or company attending or registering for the event.
- Stall/Booth encompasses both Shell Scheme (prefabricated) and Bare Space (Raw Space) options as offered.
2. Registration & Participation
Exhibitor participation options:
- Shell Scheme (Standard Booth): ₹12,500/- per sqm (Domestic), USD 325 per sqm (International); 18% GST applies
- Bare Space (Raw Space): ₹11,500/- per sqm (Domestic), USD 300 per sqm (International); 18% GST applies
- • Booth bookings are confirmed only upon full payment and signing of a formal agreement.
- • Visitor entry may require pre-registration. Free Entry for Business professionals.
3. Payment Terms
For Exhibitors:
- • Full payment, including taxes, must be completed by the deadline specified in the invoice.
- • A deposit may be required when booking; outstanding balances must be settled before the event.
- • Late payments may incur penalties or result in forfeiture of booking rights.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Exhibitors:
- • Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- • No refunds for cancellations after a specified cut-off (e.g., two months prior to the event).
- • Unpaid bookings may be canceled by organizers.
5. Visas & Invitation Letters
- • Visitors and exhibitors requiring business visas to attend must apply through appropriate diplomatic channels.
- • The Organizer provides personalized Visa Invitation Letters upon request, once registration and payment are confirmed.
- • Visa support documentation is subject to issuance timelines; applicants are responsible for applying promptly.
6. Booth Construction & Services
- • Shell Scheme includes prefabricated structure, branding fascia, carpet, one 15 Amp socket, basic furniture (table, chairs, spotlights), and trash bin.
- • Bare Space provides only an empty marked area; exhibitors must arrange for their own booth construction, design, setup, and electricity supply.
- • All booth designs must comply with safety, fire, and venue regulations.
7. Conduct & Liability
- • Exhibitors shall maintain a professional demeanor and respectful conduct.
- • Organizers reserve the right to remove exhibits or participants causing disruptions, harm, or violating event policies.
- • Each party is responsible for securing its own property. The organizer is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of items unless due to gross negligence.
8. Intellectual Property & Marketing
- • Exhibitors must respect intellectual property rights of other participants.
- • Marketing materials must be factual, respectful, and comply with applicable laws.
- • Organizers may capture photographs or videos for promotional use; participants grant rights for such usage within event-related materials.
9. Health, Safety & Compliance
- • All participants must adhere to applicable health and safety protocols and venue rules.
- • Compliance with environmental and regulatory standards (REACH, FDA, GMP, etc.) is required.
- • The Organizer may impose measures or restrictions in response to health advisories or emergencies.
10. Force Majeure
- • The Organizer is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government orders, pandemics).
- • In such cases, the Organizer may reschedule or cancel the event; refunds or credit policies will be handled as per formal announcements.
11. Data Privacy
- • Personal data collected through registration will be handled according to NISL's Privacy Policy.
- • Contact information may be used to send event updates, logistics info, and relevant marketing communications with participant consent.
12. Amendments & Governing Law
- • The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions; changes will be communicated in writing and posted on the official site.
- • Disputes are governed by the laws of India; venue for dispute resolution is Mumbai jurisdiction.
13. Acceptance
Booking a stall or registering for the event indicates full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Messaging

These messages may include updates, news, promotional content, and information related to our exhibitions and events. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages or by contacting us directly.
